About this design
A cool blue garden, layered top to bottom. This flower MTG playmat is full of deep purple irises, spotted lilac foxgloves, tall cobalt delphiniums, round hydrangeas, white anemones with dark centers, forget-me-nots, lavender and a few soft yellow primroses. Gold circles shine between the stems.
Indigo, periwinkle, lilac, cream and sage make a calm, cool palette. Tall flower spikes give the mat a vertical rhythm, and the white anemones in the lower half act like small bright points. Cards sit easily on the darker greens.
It follows the Klimt garden style, with mosaic-like flat color, gold geometric accents and thin gold lines tracing petal edges. The irises are especially detailed, with gold beards and velvety falls. It is the cool sister to our poppy and dahlia gardens, calmer and more evening-toned.
Size is 24 x 14 in (61.5 x 35.5 cm), standard tournament size. Cards slide and lift clean off the micro-fiber top, sleeved or not. A non-slip rubber base keeps the mat locked in place through long Commander nights. We print with dye-sublimation, so the blues and purples are set into the fabric and will not crack or fade. Stitched edges keep the border neat and stop fraying, even after years of rolling it into a bag for tournament weekends. It belongs to our Magic the Gathering playmats line, and our flagship Monet Water Lily playmat carries the same theme in another scene. Players of other games can browse all our TCG playmats.
With Zones gives you an MTG playmat with zones: light guides for library, graveyard, exile, command zone and battlefield lanes for lands and creatures. It works as a commander playmat and for 60-card formats. Without Zones keeps the garden open.
