By using the Services you confirm you are of legal age where you live. Give accurate, complete information when you create an account or order, and keep your login details confidential.

We show our products as accurately as we can, but we can't guarantee your screen shows colours exactly. Products may change or be discontinued without notice.

All orders are subject to acceptance. An order can't be cancelled once it is in production. We may decline or cancel orders if we detect fraud, errors or other concerns.

Customers in the EU have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days without giving a reason — see our Refund policy.

All prices are in USD and exclude taxes, import duties and shipping unless stated otherwise. EU customers may pay VAT and import charges at delivery, depending on local rules.

You agree to give current, accurate billing and payment information for every purchase.

We ship worldwide, including to the United States and the European Union. Products are dispatched from Turkey; see our Shipping policy for production and delivery times.

We aren't liable for delays caused by customs or carriers. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

All content on the Services is owned by Padrift or our licensors. Don't reproduce, distribute or modify it without written permission. "Padrift" and our logos are our trademarks.

We may give access to third-party tools "as is". You use them at your own risk.

Our site may link to third-party sites. We aren't responsible for their content or accuracy.

Personal information you submit through the Services is governed by our Privacy policy. Cross-border data transfers may occur.

By sending us content such as reviews, you give Padrift the right to use and publish it, including for promotion.

Information on the site may sometimes contain typos or inaccuracies. We may correct them at any time without notice.

Don't use the Services for unlawful purposes or to violate laws or the rights of others — including spam, fraud or introducing malicious code.

We may suspend or close your account without notice if you breach these Terms.

The Services and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Padrift isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the Services.

You agree to indemnify Padrift and its partners against claims or damages arising from your breach of these Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

These Terms and the policies they refer to are the entire agreement between you and Padrift. Not enforcing a right once doesn't waive it.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, where Padrift is based. Consumers in other countries keep the rights their local consumer laws give them.

We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the Services means you accept them.
