Orders & tracking

Following your order from studio to door

  • Open the order tracking page and enter your order number (it starts with PL- and is in your confirmation email) with the email you used at checkout. You'll see every step with its time, the expected delivery window and the carrier's scans.

  • Padrift products are made to order, so nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you:

    • Printing — your design is printed for you.
    • Quality check — colours, edges and backing are checked.
    • Packed — rolled or boxed and labelled.
    • Shipped — you get the tracking number by email.

Because every piece is made to order, small size variations of a few millimetres are normal.

  • We ship economy, and to the United States, Canada, the EU, the United Kingdom, Norway, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore that runs DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). For those destinations customs duties, import fees and VAT are already included: the price at checkout is the final price and nothing is collected at your door.

If you order to a country outside that list, local import duties may apply depending on your country’s rules. They are set by your customs authority and paid directly to them, not through us.

This applies to wall art. For other products, ask us before you order if you're unsure about your country.

Wall art

Formats, sizes, paper and framing

  • Print Only is the artwork on matte paper, unframed and unmounted, so you can use a frame you already own. Canvas is the same artwork printed on cotton-polyester canvas and stretched over a solid wood frame, ready to hang out of the box. Framed Canvas takes that stretched canvas print and sets it inside a real wooden frame, with a small gap between canvas and frame that creates a floating, gallery look.

    Helpful?
  • Print Only comes in seven sizes: 8x10, 11x14, 12x18, 16x20, 18x24, 20x30 and 24x36 inches. Canvas and Framed Canvas share a different set of ten sizes: 8x10, 12x12, 12x16, 12x18, 16x20, 16x24, 18x24, 20x28, 24x32 and 24x36 inches. Every size is listed with its centimetre equivalent, and because each piece is made to order small variations of a few millimetres are normal.

    Helpful?
  • 8x10 and 12x12 suit shelves, desks and gallery walls. 16x20 and 18x24 work above most furniture. 24x32 and 24x36 are statement pieces for a sofa, bed or office wall. If you are torn between two sizes, take the larger one. Wall art almost always looks better slightly bigger than you first picture it.

    Helpful?
  • Slim canvas is stretched over a frame 2 cm deep and sits close to the wall for a clean, understated look. Thick canvas uses a 4 cm deep frame, so the piece stands further off the wall and reads as a more substantial, gallery-style canvas print. The printing is identical on both. The canvas inside our Framed Canvas is always the slim version.

    Helpful?
  • Classic uncoated matte paper at 170 gsm and 0.19 mm thick, with a smooth, non-reflective surface. The paper is FSC-certified from responsibly managed forests. All seven Print Only sizes are common standard sizes, so an off-the-shelf frame will fit.

    Helpful?
  • Yes. Every art print is produced edge to edge with no white borders. On the stretched Canvas the design also continues around the wrapped sides, so the piece looks finished from every angle rather than only from the front.

TCG playmats

Zones, surface and tournament play

  • Both are 24 × 14 in (61.5 × 35.5 cm) with a 3 mm cushion and a non-slip base. Playmats with zones have card zones printed over the artwork; playmats without zones show the full design.

    Helpful?
  • Yes. The micro-woven cloth surface is engineered so your cards—sleeved or not—glide smoothly into place without snagging, making pickups and plays effortless.

    Helpful?
  • No, the print is heat-transferred and resistant to UV, friction, and regular use. Your design will stay vibrant game after game, for years.

    Helpful?
  • Both. The smooth surface works perfectly with sleeved decks and bare cards alike, while protecting them from table wear either way.

Mahjong mats

Sizes, noise and tile grip

  • Yes. The cushioned micro-woven surface absorbs the clatter of shuffling and turns it into a soft rustle — you can hold a conversation while the walls are being built.

    Helpful?
  • Two square sizes: 23.5 x 23.5 in (60 x 60 cm) and 31.5 x 31.5 in (81 x 81 cm). Both are made for four-player games with room for walls, hands and discards.

    Helpful?
  • Most groups pick the 31.5 in mat for a standard card table — it holds four racks comfortably. The 23.5 in version suits smaller tables, tighter corners and games that travel.

    Helpful?
  • Yes. Our custom mahjong mat builder takes any width and height from 15.7 to 39.4 in (40 to 100 cm), to the millimetre, printed with your own image. A custom size is cut by hand with square corners and stitched in black after printing, so its stitching isn't printed in your design's colours like on the two standard sizes. Keep faces, text and logos at least 0.6 in (1.5 cm) in from every edge.

    Helpful?
  • Yes. The field is sized with racks in mind, and the grippy surface keeps your wall standing right in front of your rack through the Charleston and beyond.

    Helpful?
  • No. The fabric top gives tiles just enough grip: they slide when you push them and stay put when you stack them, so walls hold their shape.

    Helpful?
  • No. The textured natural rubber base grips wood, glass and felt alike, so the mat stays planted through the most enthusiastic shuffles.

Use the largest, sharpest file you have so the print stays crisp at bigger sizes.
