Shipping policy

Orders are produced and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

All products are manufactured in-house at our production facility in Turkey and shipped internationally.

We ship only with trusted express carriers:

• FedEx Express
• UPS Saver Express

Delivery times don't include the 1–3 business day production period. Most customers receive their order within 5–7 business days in total.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and service level.

Customs duties, VAT and import fees are the customer's responsibility and may be collected at delivery.

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

You can also follow every step on our order tracking page with your order number and email.

We do our best to deliver on time, but some things are beyond our control:

• Carrier service disruptions
• Customs clearance delays
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
• Force majeure events (e.g. weather, strikes)

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout to avoid issues.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at info@padrift.com within 7 days and we'll help you investigate with the carrier.

Orders shipped to the EU are covered by local consumer protection laws, including the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Orders ship from Turkey. Depending on your country's rules, VAT or customs charges may apply at delivery.

If a shipment is refused because of unpaid duties or VAT and comes back to us, the original shipping fees are not refunded.
