About Killua Mouse Pads

Killua mouse pads for the desk

Our Killua mouse pads and desk mats carry art inspired by Killua Zoldyck, the white-haired boy from a family of assassins, printed edge to edge on 3 mm neoprene with a fabric top, a non-slip base and stitched edges. You can go as small as 11.8″ × 15.7″ (30 × 40 cm) or as large as 23.6″ × 47.2″ (60 × 120 cm), with six steps in between, and each pad goes to the printer only after you check out.

This page sits under Hunter x Hunter and collects the designs that put Killua at the center. Gon, Kurapika, Leorio, the Phantom Troupe, Greed Island and the rest of the series live on the Hunter x Hunter page.

A palette of white, blue and violet

Killua is one of the easiest anime characters to fit into a setup, because his colors are so limited. His hair is white, sometimes drawn with a faint lavender or silver cast, his eyes are a pale, icy blue, and his lightning is a bright electric blue. Around those, the art tends toward deep violet, navy and black. That gives you three ways to build a desk:

  • White on white: a soft portrait with pale hair and a light background, for a white desk, white keyboard and daylight.
  • Blue on black: lightning crackling out of a dark background, for a black setup with blue LED strips.
  • Violet dusk: purple and navy shading, for a desk lit by purple or pink RGB.

Godspeed across a long mat

Killua's defining ability is turning his aura into electricity, a natural fit for his Transmuter type in the Nen system. Later in the series he builds that into Godspeed, wrapping his whole body in lightning so he can move, and react, faster than his opponents can think. Lightning is a horizontal subject, and it was made for the long sizes. On the M, 11.8″ × 27.6″ (30 × 70 cm), or the L, 11.8″ × 31.5″ (30 × 80 cm), a bolt can run from one end of the mat to the other, so even with a keyboard in the middle, both ends still crackle.

Godspeed burns through stored electricity, and Killua has to recharge it, which is a nice detail for anyone who keeps a charger cable running across their desk.

The assassin's stare

When Killua is serious, the art changes completely. His eyes go flat and shadowed, his expression empty, and his hand sharpens into a blade-like claw, the training of a family that raised him to kill. Close-up designs built on that stare are the coldest Killua designs there are. They suit the M size especially well: a tight crop across the eyes runs side to side along the strip and keeps the face above the keyboard rather than under it.

This is the Killua for a dark gaming desk, a black mouse and minimal lighting, where the pale eyes become the only bright point in front of you.

The cheerful side

The same boy is also a kid with a sweet tooth and a sharp sense of humor. He rolls into the Hunter Exam on a skateboard, teases his friends constantly, and in comic moments the artists give him a mischievous, cat-like grin. Designs built on that side of him are bright, loose and funny. A chibi Killua, a skateboard deck or a grinning face in the corner of a small pad suits a younger fan's desk or a pastel setup, and it balances out a desk that otherwise leans dark.

Chocolate on the small pad

Killua's favorite snack in the series is Chocorobo-kun, a chocolate treat sold in a box with a little robot on it, and he goes out of his way to buy it. A snack-themed design, chocolate boxes scattered across a light background, is one of the most playful ways to put him on a desk, and it works as a pun for anyone who eats at their keyboard. It suits the 11.8″ × 15.7″ (30 × 40 cm) pad or the 14″ × 24″ (35.5 × 61 cm) size, where a pattern of small shapes stays easy to read around your hand.

Steel yo-yos and circles

Among his weapons, Killua carries a pair of steel yo-yos, each far heavier than it looks. A yo-yo is a circle and a line, and that makes a clean, almost abstract design: two discs, a looping string and a lot of open space. On a desk mat, place the discs toward the right edge, under the mouse, and let the string curve back toward the keyboard; it reads as motion even when half the mat is covered.

Kukuroo Mountain and the Zoldyck gate

The Zoldycks live on Kukuroo Mountain, behind the Testing Gate, a set of massive doors that only open for someone strong enough to push them, with an enormous guard dog named Mike waiting inside. The family home is drawn in grays and deep greens, part fortress and part forest, and it has the gloomy, gothic mood that suits a desk with dark wood or black metal. A design of the gate itself, tall doors in stone, works well on the deep sizes, where the doors can rise behind the keyboard.

Brothers, sisters and a family of killers

Killua's family is a large part of his story. His father Silva and grandfather Zeno are legendary assassins, his eldest brother Illumi tries to keep him under control, and his younger sibling Alluka, with the mysterious power called Nanika, is the one he protects above everyone. Designs built on Killua and Alluka are among the gentlest in the series, softer colors and a protective older brother, while designs with Illumi carry the family's cold, controlling side.

If you share a desk or a room with a sibling, two smaller pads, one each, say more than one busy mat, and they leave each of you space for your own mouse.

Gon's best friend

Killua leaves home, follows Gon from the Hunter Exam to Heavens Arena, Greed Island and the Chimera Ant war, and becomes his closest friend. Their colors are opposites, green against blue, dark hair against white. A design that pairs them divides a desk mat naturally: Gon at one end, Killua at the other, the keyboard between them. On XL, 15.7″ × 35.4″ (40 × 90 cm), each figure has room, and neither ends up under your wrists.

Killua's own Hunter license

Killua does not pass his first Hunter Exam. He is disqualified, goes home, and later takes the exam again on his own, passing it easily while Gon is busy elsewhere. That small moment, a boy deciding for himself what he wants to be, makes a quiet design: a license card in his name, or Killua walking away from the exam hall with his hands in his pockets. It is subtle enough for a study desk and meaningful to anyone who has followed his story.

The needle and a turning point

In the Chimera Ant arc, Killua discovers that Illumi had planted a needle in his head long ago, one that pushed him to run from any fight he might lose, and he pulls it out himself. It is the moment he stops being the family's tool and starts choosing for himself. Designs drawn from that turning point are intense and close-up, a hand at the forehead, eyes sharpening, sparks starting to gather, and they suit a dark desk and someone who has followed Killua's story far enough to know why that scene matters.

Lightning and RGB

Blue lightning on black is one of the few anime designs that actively benefits from desk lighting. Under blue or cyan LEDs, the bolts seem to extend off the mat; under white light, they stay crisp against the dark ground. If your keyboard has per-key lighting, a cool blue wave across the keys repeats the shape of the lightning. Warm lighting is less kind to it, so if your room runs on amber bulbs, a white-on-white portrait is the better Killua choice.

A pad for a fast hand

A character built on speed suits a desk built for it. The fabric top gives a smooth, controlled glide, the non-slip base keeps the mat planted when you snap the mouse across it, and the stitched edges hold up where a forearm drags across the front. If you play at low sensitivity and sweep the whole desk, XL or larger gives the mouse space to travel. If you play at high sensitivity, the small pad keeps a Killua portrait right under your hand.

Sizes for a Killua desk

Each design's product page lists the sizes it comes in. These are the ones that suit Killua art.

For a long desk that is short on depth, look at L, 11.8″ × 31.5″ (30 × 80 cm), or the roomier 3XL, 19.7″ × 39.4″ (50 × 100 cm).

Gifts for a Killua fan

A Killua pad suits a friend who watched the 2011 anime for him, a younger sibling who quotes his jokes or a gamer who already runs blue lighting. Choose the side of him they like, lightning, the cold assassin or the grinning kid with a chocolate box. When the desk is a mystery to you, a mat 15.7″ × 35.4″ (40 × 90 cm) across, our XL, is the least likely to be too big or too small.

Allow 1–3 business days for us to print and stitch it, then 2–5 business days, in most cases, for the trip from Turkey to a US door.

Keeping white hair bright

Pale Killua portraits show wear faster than dark lightning designs, especially where the heel of your hand rests. A damp cloth over that spot once a week stops oil from building up. For a full clean, soak the pad briefly in lukewarm water with a little mild soap, work it gently with your hands, rinse the soap away, then lay it on a towel and press the water out before leaving it flat to dry. No washing machine, no tumble dryer and no iron; the fade-resistant print looks after the rest.

A note on names

FAQ

Questions about Killua Mouse Pads

Which Killua design looks good with blue RGB?

Godspeed lightning on a black background. Under blue or cyan LEDs the bolts seem to run off the edge of the mat, and a cool lighting wave across the keyboard echoes their shape.

Is there a Killua design for a white desk?

Yes, a soft portrait with pale hair on a light background, or a chocolate-box pattern. Both keep the palette white and pale blue, so they sit easily next to white peripherals.

Where do I find Gon and the rest of Hunter x Hunter?

On the Hunter x Hunter page, which covers Gon, Kurapika, Leorio, Hisoka, the Phantom Troupe, the Nen chart and the arcs. This page keeps to designs built around Killua.

What size suits a close-up of Killua's eyes?

M, 11.8″ × 27.6″ (30 × 70 cm). A crop across the eyes runs along the length of the strip and stays above a compact keyboard instead of disappearing under it.

Can a Killua pad work for a younger fan?

Yes. Chibi Killua, a skateboard or his favorite chocolate snack are bright and funny, without the cold assassin imagery of his darker scenes, and they suit the small pad well.

Is a Killua mouse pad licensed merchandise?

It isn't. Padrift draws and prints these as fan-inspired designs, with no license or approval from Yoshihiro Togashi, Shueisha or Madhouse, on our own 3 mm neoprene pads.
