About this design
Peach peonies and long-tailed birds fill the sage octagon medallion at the center of this chinoiserie mahjong mat, magnolia and blossom softening the corners. Framed panels of blossom sprigs build outward on cream. A deep navy and gold floral border frames the whole tapestry-style design.
On a set table it reads soft, warm and elegant. The muted sage center keeps tiles and racks clear, and the peach peonies give the middle a gentle focal point. Guests find the long-tailed birds tucked among the flowers.
